Sizing
- It is crucial to follow the instructions in the "HOW TO PUT YOUR FAJA Or Waist Trainer ON" video on our FAQ page to learn how to properly make certain adjustments (such as spinning the faja legs inwards) that will make all the difference between thinking the faja is too small and actually fitting into it
- The purpose of a shapewear is to compress your body so discomfort due to tightness is normal during the initial wears (the 3-4 day break-in period).
- All compression garments loosen up over time and alterations may be required to regain a high compression feel.
- Our Shapewears are NOT CUSTOM garments, so alterations may be required to customized to your unique figure. Please contact us at shapemyway@gmail.com to request alterations.

Washing

- Wash after 3-4 wears or after *heavy* sweating, if you have sensitive skin, wash every two days
